I remember when I stayed with Uncle Eddie and Aunt Cheri's in Brooklyn NY and Uncle Eddie stopped home when he was with the police department and I was sitting in the front stoop and I everyone was looking for me and well he found me threw the handcuffs on me and put me in the back of the patrol car. To put a scare into me. I can hear Aunt Cheri yelling at him for it. He said, he did it to teach me a lesson not to do any kind of crimes and that I will remember what it felt like. He was so right I remember it today. Uncle Eddie Thank you for that and I love you and will miss you.

I'll always remember Eddie; He was a guy who found the time to be kind, helpful, generous and welcoming.
Eddie would make me smile when he told stories about a good deal he got on things. One of these great deals was on a Christmas Reindeer that he gave me. ( I Love it! ) That Christmas Reindeer will rekindle my fondest memories of Eddie every holiday.
He was a wonderful man and I will always remember and love him.
May memories be your source of comfort during this very sad time. Love Gail Ploennigs

I can't find the words to say what I'm feeling. Eddie was one of the greatest men I have know. I will always remember all the help he give Wayne and I when we needed it the most. He was always there offering to help in any way he could, no questions asked. Eddie was a one of a kind guy.
I will always hold a special place in my heart for you. When I think about you I will remember all the great times and your incredible smile. I will miss you terribly. Till we meet again.
My thoughts and prayers are with the family and all his friends.
