Elizabeth A. Ogden a lifelong resident of Middletown, N.Y., unexpectedly on Saturday January 12, 2019 the Lord called his child home with him in peace for eternity. She was 58.

She was born on May 2, 1960 in Port Jervis, New York

She had a huge heart and was a beautiful person inside and out. Anyone she came in contact with she made an impact on. Her contagious smile would let off nothing but love and positivity and would light up any dark room.

She leaves her soul mate of 40 years Stewart DeGroat Sr. of Middletown, N.Y. The couple had three children Johnathan DeGroat 36, of Fort Myers, FL.; Tanya DeGroat 34, and Brittany DeGroat 28, both of Middletown, N.Y. Elizabeth will be missed dearly from her grandchildren Elijah and Xavier Daughton; Alvin Keels III (Boo-Boo) Naji and Alayna DeGroat. Their Nana meant the world to them. She also leaves her mother Elizabeth Shaugher. Her brother Layton Ogden, sister-in-law Debbie Ogden and sister Doris Jones and several nieces and nephews.
