Obituary of Andrew John Olver

Andrew John Olver Port Jervis, New York Andrew John Olver, a technician with Direct TV in Newburgh and a lifelong resident of the area, died on May 11, 2014 in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. He was 24. The son of John Olver and Donna Stephens Schneider, he was born on February 7, 1990 in Middletown, New York. Survivors include his wife Stefanie Clemmer Olver at home. His mother Donna Schneider and her husband Kurt of Slate Hill and his father John Olver and his wife Wendy of Matamoras, PA. His sister Jennifer Conklin and her husband Christopher and their son Zachary of Port Jervis, N.Y. and his brother Eric Schneider at home. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles and cousins and friends. A family statement reads: "Don't you know about the bird, Andrew's talking about the bird, the b-bird is the word." This is what portrays OUR Andrew; the Andrew all of us know. It's not cliché, it's not sad. It's the word, the "b-bird word"…the loving, fun, generous, caring, "I will do anything for you" Husband, Son, Brother, Uncle, Nephew, Friend and Co-Worker word. Yes, Andrew is now our bird…soarin', surfin', and watchin' over us all…"B-bird is the Word!!" Fist Pump. Visitation hours will be held on Thursday May 15, 2014 from 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. at the Ralston-Lippincott-Hasbrouck-Ingrassia Funeral Home, Inc. 72 West Main Street Middletown, N.Y. Funeral services will be held on Friday May 16, 2014 at 11 A.M. at the Funeral Home. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
