So very sorry to learn of Dottie's passing. We were probably the two oldest ladies at BOCES, studying for our LPN Licenses (I was 45); many of the students being straight out of High School. Dottie was a "sweetheart" person with cheerful looks and manner and even though many times we may have struggled through Nursing School, we managed to hold each other up! We kept in touch over the years and I always looked forward to hearing from her especially around the Holidays. My deepest sympathy and condolences go out to the family of a very dear person whose memory will be forever in our hearts. Sincerely, Jean (LPN; RN - NYS) June 3, 2015

Mom was truly an amazing woman. I miracle to all of us and will be missed by all family and friends. Remember the good times, smiles and laughter that she shared to all. Love you Mom.

To all Dorothy's family and friend's., My sincere condolences to the entire family, it's been many year's since I've seen any of the family, but also have many memories from the good old day.s, and you always remember those even when you get old, which I am. I've been living in Missouri for the last 32 year's, and you lose touch with everyone, still visit my family in Goshen a few time's a year. Again, my thought's and prayer's are with you all. From the day I met Mom, in 1990, she always made me and my son feel like family. That was the type of person she was, making you feel welcome in her home. She was a loving and giving person always with good ideas on how to accomplish your task it you asked for her input . I will miss her and glad I was there with her to the end. I will miss you and so very happy that you were part of my life. I know you are in a far better place and feeling so much better. That's what I have to think to get through all of this.
