Judith V. Woody of Middletown, New York passed away on Thursday, September 7, 2023 in Goshen, New York after a long illness. She was 68. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 12, 2023 at the Ralston-Lippincott-Hasbrouck-Ingrassia Funeral Home located at 72 West Main Street, Middletown, NY 10940 between the hours of 6-8 p.m. There will be no funeral services. Judith V. Woody was born in Poughkeepsie, NY in 1954 to Patricia L. West and Clarence G. West, both deceased. She worked for IBM in East Fishkill, NY before her illness. She enjoyed attending church and drinking Dunkin Donuts coffee. Judith is survived by her son, Rudolph Cherry (Dawn) of Middletown, NY, Jessie Howard of Norfolk, VA, Rhahime Hill (Maisha) of Norfolk and Shawn Pickney of Poughkeepsie, NY. Siblings are as follows: Linda A. Brock (Larry Brock, Dec'd) of Albany, NY, Janice L. West (John Redcross, Dec'd) of Middletown, NY, Marguerite Jennings (Mellard) of Highland Falls, NY, Raymond West (Jaylena) of Poughkeepsie, NY, Barbara L. West of Middletown, NY and Linda West (Sister-in-Law) of Poughkeepsie, NY. She is also survived by a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, aunts, uncle, nieces, nephews and cousins. Judith is predeceased in death by her mother, Patricia L. West, Father, Clarence F. West, Son, Richard Cherry, Brothers, Clarence S. West and Richard F. West, Sister, Anna E. Cherry, Nephews Isa Cherry, Daniel Jennings and Thomas C. Mazza. Grandson, Jonathan Padgett, Granddaughter Sarah Howard.
