My everlasting memory of Judy's infectious humor, and unwavering kindness fills my heart during this time of loss. Her selflessness, generosity, and friendly nature were second to none. It was always fun to speak and argue with Judy. She was irascible and irreplaceable as a co-worker. We spoke of things from A-Z. I saw a side of her that many did not see. Her departure leaves a void that would be hard-filled.
Bishop Dr. George Berkeley, a philosopher in the 1600s said this: If a tree falls in a forest and no one is around to hear it, does it make a sound?" The answer according to the good Bishop: Yes, it did make a sound, because God heard it.
Also, it is not the SOUND that the tree made but the SILENCE it left behind.
