We were deeply saddened to hear of Earl's passing. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family. Earl was the nicest and sweetest man. Always on the go and helping the community. He and my husband John worked together at Sorrento Cheese. Through the years we would see him when we bought the firehouse calendars. Earl would also make the runs to the landfill for us. He will be greatly missed and will always hold a special place in our hearts.

We met Earl when he came to our house every year and sold us a calendar to support the fire company. Several years later he joined the Middletown Lions Club, of which we are also members. He loved attended the monthly dinner meetings and was always there when help was needed. Earl would love to tell his stories about all of the work he did in the many volunteer orginzations he belonged to, and he would have new stories every time we talked to him.
Earl will be missed!
Our deepest condolences.
