Pop, both Rose and I will miss you deeply. Despite our differences in the beginning, we grew on each other. You helped fill in some of the voids that my late father did. I know, like my Dad, Pop & I both enjoyed working together, asking how to do & guidance questions.
When Pop first saw me hug & kiss Rose, he called me Cuddles. Well, that Christmas I gave him a gag gift of Snuggles anti static tissues. I’m also going to miss our little private joke of kissing and pinch on his cheeks.
He always wanted to visit our home in Connecticut, like every father-in-law would, but never had the chance.
Pop, thanks for accepting me as your loving son-in-law, as I you as my loving father-in-law.
