There was never a dull moment with Joe. He always wanted to be out and about doing stuff in good company. He viewed the world in a different light than most. I say he was a social genius because he would always be the first to meet new people anywhere he went. Joe valued friendship more than any material things. He knew how to lighten any situation and see the positive. He was honest, dependable, courageous, kind hearted and full of energy. It's horrible to loose a friend of 29 years but it's also selfish of me to try to stop Joey from his next journey. I'm glad that I knew him for as long as I have and to have learned hundreds of life lessons with him. We were polar opposites; his strengths were my weaknesses and vice versa. I feel this brought us closer together and helped us in several situations. He was a best friend to me and I'm sure to countless others. So Giosue Falanga, may you eternally rest in peace and we all will cherish our time and memories with you!
