My sincerest sympathies to Mr and Mrs Fitzgerald and their son John, my good friend, for their loss of Mary. I can't even imagine how difficult this is for you, as she was taken from us much too soon. But please find some comfort knowing there are many of us who care deeply and share in your grief. It's now over 40 years that I've always felt as an extension of your family and I reflect on warm memories of when we were younger and spent time together and first got to know May. I remember her being a good-hearted, kind and gentle soul. Even after she was presented with some of her life's challenges, the one thing that always came through was her gentle and kind spirit that is a true sign of her inner beauty that could not be hidden. This is what I will always remember of her. I know she's now at peace in God's kingdom, waiting for the day when we will all be together again.
