Frank was great guy, and it was a pleasure to have a lovely neighbor like him. When we moved in he was there to help us unload our truck at 2AM, and he made us feel very welcome to the neighborhood. He was always there to help when you needed a hand, and we had many great conversations with him. He will truly be missed by all, and we were shocked to learn of his passing.. Our condolences go out to the family and we wish you all the best during these tough times.
