Obituary of Samantha Ann Schwartz

Samantha Ann Schwartz of Middletown, N.Y., a employee of FedEx and a lifelong resident of the area, died on August 1, 2018 in Orange Regional Medical Center in Middletown, N.Y.  She was 36.

Samantha was born in Middletown, New York on May 12, 1982.

Survivors include her parents Michael Schwartz of Middletown and Judith Larkin of Middletown.  Her children Zada Squeri and Sebastian Conklin.  Her brother Jeremy Schwartz of Middletown and her sisters Jill Beach of Huguenot and Rene’ Carlson of Livingston Manor, N.Y.  She is also survived by her maternal grandfather Jack Foster.

Visitation hours will be held on Sunday August 5, 2018 from 2-5 P.M. at the Ralston-Lippincott-Hasbrouck-Ingrassia Funeral Home, Inc. 72 West Main St. Middletown, N.Y.

A Funeral Service will be held on Monday August 6, 2018 at 1 P.M. at the Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in Wallkill Cemetery in the Town of Wallkill, N.Y.
