Obituary of Bonnie Vazquez

Bonnie Vazquez of Chicago, entered into eternal rest on April 15, 2018 in Mt. Sinai Hospital in Chicago, ILL.  She was 59.

She was born on January 20, 1959 in Newton, N.J.  She lived most of her life in Middletown and Port Jervis, before settling in Chicago.

Bonnie was a special person with a heart of Gold.  Those who loved her knew her as a free spirit.  She will be greatly missed and forever loved by those close to her.

She is survived by her husband Luis Vazquez and his daughter Elizabeth.  Her son Edward Conklin and his wife Devon and their children Brayden and Jace.  Her son Uriah Conklin and his girlfriend Samantha and their child Sebastian Conklin.  Her sister Fran Weaver of Fairfield, California.  She was predeceased by her mother Francis and brothers Robert and David and her sister Christine and Mary Louise.

A visitation and celebration of Bonnie’s life will be held on Friday May 4, 2018 from 4-7 P.M. at the Ralston-Lippincott-Hasbrouck-Ingrassia Funeral Home, Inc. 72 West Main St. Middletown, N.Y.
