Obituary of Thomas C. Trumper

Thomas C. Trumper of Greenwood Lake, N.Y., retired from the Gas Department at Public Service Gas and Electric, and a lifelong resident of Greenwood Lake, N.Y., died on April 13, 2018 in St. Anthony's Hospital in Warwick, N.Y. He was 78. The son of the late John and Violet Donald Trumper, he was born on November 22, 1939 in Greenwood Lake, N.Y. Thomas was a veteran of the U.S. Army and was a member of the American Legion in Greenwood Lake, N.Y. Survivors include his wife Frances Trumper at home. His daughter Patricia Trumper and her husband John Everson of Greenwood Lake, N.Y. His grandchildren: Matthew Niemann and his wife Laura; Elizabeth Niemann; John Everson Jr. and Marc Everson. His great-grandchildren: Mason Niemann; Emerson Garhartt; Abigail Garhartt and Ethan Niemann. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his two sons Thomas Trumper Jr. and John Trumper and his grandson Michael C. Niemann Jr. His sister Vivian Trumper and his brother Richard Trumper. Visitation hours will be held on Tuesday April 17, 2018 from 4-8 P.M. at the Strong Basile Funeral Home 4 Oak St. Greenwood Lake, N.Y. A Funeral Mass will be Celebrated on Wednesday April 18, 2018 at 10:30 A.M. at St. Stephen's R.C. Church 75 Sanfordville Road Warwick, N.Y. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery North Arlington, N.J.
