My deepest and heartfelt sympathies to Shyla's family. Shyla has been a friend of mine and members of my family for many years. Shyla helped me through many difficult times and I hope that I made her smile as she helped me and others smile over the years. I helped her as much as I could over the last few months and will miss her terribly. Our last conversation we discussed our going to the lake in the spring. My heart is broken over the loss of such a wonderful person. I pray that she is happy and able to watch over her babies from above - Pierre Gadsby and Red Fuzzy.

I've know Liz for over 30 years as a friend and reader. She was more than just an amazing psychic. She provided a light for us to see a better world. Her laughter was contagious and gave a sense of "all is well" in her readings.She was so resilient as a person. Much like her cats in that she always seemed to land on her feet as she moved through life. She held on to the belief in optimism and life would be better. She helped thousands of people as you can see from all her "friends" on facebook. She had the amazing gift of "sight" and was very connected to spirit and the other side. She was a hopeless romantic with a strong sense of self. I will miss her earthly presence here, but I know that she is moving gloriously in the spirit world. I was so sad to hear Shyla passed away. I've known her for 20 years, which is almost half of my life. I started reading with her after my mom died at the Awareness Shop. I followed her to all of her spots...Marlboro, the Dreaming Goddess. When she went to Texas I thought I'd never see her again. I had a last reading in June 2016 before she left. I found out this past summer she had been back in Poughkeepsie. I am so fortunate I visited her in her apartment for a reading in August. I don't know how she always knew things and honestly every prediction she ever made for me came to pass. For me, just knowing Shyla was there to check in with was a huge source of comfort for a motherless daughter. She's carried me through miscarriages, the happy birth of my son, my dad's remarriage, my horrible marriage and divorce, and her prediction of the wonderful man I'm with now . Shyla predicted my current relationship while I was still married 6 years before I met him. I feel lost with Shyla gone but I'm happy she's not suffering anymore. I will always hear her laugh and see her smile. She was so special. I'm truly blessed to have know her.
