Words can not express how shocked and sorry I'am upon learning about my cousin "little Billy's" passing. Fond memories will always remembered whether it was on Arthur rd,tratman ave(bronx) or the time we all went to the beach in Long Island.my heart goes out to uncle bill,aunt Elaine, Charlie, tommy,Danny and Maryann.
