Obituary of Leslie Adele Worden

Leslie Adele Worden of Middletown, a retired registered nurse from the Middletown Psychiatric Center and a longtime resident of the area, died on July 23, 2014 in Orange Regional Medical Center in Middletown. She was 75. The daughter of the late Lester and Adelaide Bigaine Barwick, she was born on October 31, 1938 in Hasbrouck Heights, New Jersey. She was a member of the United Church of Christ at New Vernon. Survivors include her husband John "Jack" Worden at home. Her children Janice Clemens and her husband Edward of New Smyrna Beach, Florida and John Worden of Earlville, N.Y. Her granddaughters: Jessica; Erin; Meagan; Chelsea and Kaitlyn. Her great-grandchildren Charles Randall Jr. and Chloe. She is also survived by her precious dog Bobble Head. Visitation hours will be held on Saturday July 26, 2014 from 11 to Noon at the Ralston-Lippincott-Hasbrouck-Ingrassia Funeral Home, Inc. 72 West Main St. Middletown, N.Y. Funeral services will be held on Saturday at Noon at the Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Howells Cemetery Howells, N.Y. Memorial contributions may be made to the United Church of Christ at New Vernon.
