Dearest Albina and all the Fava family,
I just found out about Ed's passing and am stunned. There are, of course, no words I can say that can console you. He was a phenomenal man who was loved by all who met and knew him. I feel privileged to call him my friend and feel a strong loss of my own at his passing, though it can be nothing in comparison to yours.
I spoke to Ed briefly, just after your mother passed away and I was hoping to get a chance to see him soon after that. I am very sorry for the loss of your mother as well. She was a delight and I remember her fondly.
