Obituary of Mary Clemente

MARY JUDITH CLEMENTE, 83, went to her eternal rest , November 4, 2016. She was the daughter of the late Joseph and Nicoletta DiMichele, born on February 8, 1933. She was predeceased by her husband Louis Clemente and brothers Enrico and Eugene DiMichele. She is survived by her daughter, Josephine Pooley and son in law Rev. Stephen Pooley, her son, Vincent Clemente and grandchildren, Rev. Louis (Catherine) Clemente, of St. Paul, MN and Samantha (Korbin) Vanderlinden, of Ft. Wayne, IN, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and many other family and friends. Mary was a member of Bread of Life Assembly of God in Bullville, NY and prior to that was a member of Trinity Assembly of God in Middletown, NY, where she served faithfully as church bookkeeper/secretary for over 40 years and as church pianist/organist. Mary was a loving, giving woman who befriended many and was loved by all. She used her musical gift almost exclusively in service to her Lord. She was an amazing daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, mother in law, aunt and friend to all who met her. Everyone was welcomed in her home and all were treated with kindness and respect. It's hard to sum up her life in a few sentences but those who knew her best knew she was a class act. Aside from her children, her grandchildren were her pride and joy. It will be hard to go on without her but all of us will do so with the same amount of grace she showed us by her example. We, as her children and family, thank her for a lifetime of love and joy. Visitation will be held from 2-4 & 7-9 PM on Tuesday November 8, 2016 at the Ralston-Lippincott-Hasbrouck-Ingrassia Funeral Home, Inc. 72 West Main Street Middletown, NY. Funeral Services will be held at 11 AM on Wednesday November 9, 2016 at the Funeral Home. Burial will be at the Orange County Veteran's Cemetery in Goshen, NY.
