Alberta May Green of Middletown, a homemaker and lifelong resident of the area, died on August 29, 2016 at her home. She was 80.
The daughter of the late George and Margaret Bunton Horrevoets, she was born on December 13, 1935 in Middletown, New York.
The family would like to thank the staff of Hospice with a special thank you to her nurse Kirsten.
She was the widow of Richard W. Green Sr.
Survivors include her children Richard W. Green Jr. and his wife Kimberly of Wawayanda, N.Y.; Steven Green and his wife Dawn of Liberty, N.Y.; Cheryl Bingley and her husband Robert of Middletown and Valarie Poynton and her husband Todd of Johnson, N.Y. Her grandchildren Brittany; Stephanie and RJ Green; Melanie and Madison Green; Danielle Toucedo; Mayling and Evan Bingley; Andrew Henneman; Taylor, Thomas and Alyvia Poynton. She is also survived by her 4 great-grandchildren and her sisters Bertha Pendleton and Linda Crawford and her brother Joseph Horrevots and his wife Sheryl. Her sister-in-law Mildred Carr and several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her brothers Benjamin and Douglas Horrevoets and sister and brother in Law Betty Elwood Freeman; sister-in-law Elsie Sloat and brothers-in-law Earl and Floyd Carr.
Visitation hours will be held on Friday September 2, 2016 from 6-8 P.M. at the Ralston-Lippincott-Hasbrouck-Ingrassia Funeral Home, Inc. 72 West Main St. Middletown, N.Y.A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday September 3, 2016 at 11 A.M. at the Funeral Home. Burial will be in Wallkill Cemetery Phillipsburg, N.Y.
