Obituary of Ronald A. Funicello

Ronald A. Funicello of Middletown, died on Sunday June 19, 2016 in Orange Regional Medical Center in Middletown, N.Y. The son of the late Anthony and Edith Funicello, he was born on November 3. 1941 in Mt. Vernon, New York. Ron was the former owner of Dino's Deli in Middletown. He also worked for Mid-City Transit in Middletown as a School Bus Driver. He also served as President of the Board of Managers of Deer Run Condominium Association for many years. Survivors include his wife Betty Funicello at home. His daughters Tara Milo and her husband Anthony of Greenville and Melanie Funicello of Middletown. He is further survived by his grandson Bryce Milo and his sisters Marina Rosenhagen of N.C. and Lois Iula and her husband Joe of N.J. and his brother Robert Funicello and his wife Barbara of Yorktown Heights, N.Y. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews. He was predeceased by his sister Edith Ramsden. Visitation hours will be held on Wednesday June 22, 2016 from 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. at the Ralston-Lippincott-Hasbrouck-Ingrassia Funeral Home, Inc. 72 West Main St. Middletown, N.Y. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday June 23, 2016 at 10 A.M. at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church in Middletown, N.Y. Burial will be in Wallkill Cemetery Phillipsburg, N.Y.
