Obituary of James J. Donahue

James "Jimmy" J. Donahue, 54, formerly of Greenwood Lake, NY passed away in the early hours of April 29th, 2016. At the time of his passing, Jimmy was comforted by the presence of family, including his surviving siblings, Mary, Claire, and Paul. Despite the tragic accident that left him paralyzed at the young age of 19, those who knew Jimmy best will remember the grace with which he lived for the majority of his time, often remarking, "I have a better life than most people." Among those closest to Jimmy, his brother, Bob, and his sister and life-long caregiver, Mary, will live on many fond memories of his strength of character, namely his perseverance against the odds and ability to laugh through the tears.
