Mabel R. Kohler of Middletown, N.Y., a homemaker and longtime resident of the area, died on March 31, 2016 at Orange Regional Medical Center in Middletown. She was 87.
The daughter of the late Richard and Randi Woeckener, she was born December 28, 1928 in New York, NY.
Survivors include her 3 sons: Harry Kohler of Middletown; Sverre "Butch" Kohler and his wife Mary of North Carolina; Frank Kohler of Middletown and his companion Luisa; her grandson: Frank S. Kohler; her sisters: Muriel Merritt of Slate Hill, NY; Waltraud Purdy and her husband Frank of Slate Hill, NY; her brother: Siegfried Woeckener and his wife Charlotte of Otisville, NY; as well as many nieces and nephews.
Services will be at the convenience of the family.
