May the God of love and comfort embrace you in your moments of grief. The Bible reminds us at Matthew 5:4 that "Happy are those who mourn, since they will be comforted.". With the resurrection hope promised by Jesus at John 5:28, 29 your sorrow will not be forever. Rather, when you draw close to God in prayer He himself promises to sustain you during this difficult time.
