Obituary of Bonnie S. Concepcion

Bonnie S. Concepcion of Middletown, a retired therapy aide at the Middletown Psychiatric Center and a lifelong resident of the area, died on March 5, 2016. She was 54. She was born on August 17, 1961 in Middletown, New York. She was a member of the Crossroads Church in Middletown, New York. Bonnie was a strong and independent woman who overcame each challenge she faced over the years. She fought a courageous battle over the past five years and will be missed by all who loved her. Survivors include her children Raven Concepcion and her fiancé Jared Vaughan of Bullville, N.Y. and Clinton Concepcion and his companion Amanda of Middletown. Her grandson Dominic and her brothers Don Luis and his companion Peggy Hain of Middletown and Mark Salvagin and his companion Stacy Osborn of Middletown. Her mother Geri Muller of the State of Florida and her nieces and nephews Jessica; Suzanne; Cayla; Craig and Jonathan. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday March 19, 2016 at 11 A.M. at the Crossroads Church 175 County Route 78 Middletown, New York.
