I'm watching the tribute, and, I cannot but add that this is a wonderful tribute to a loving, strong, upstanding, but very private man. I'm sure he'll find in eternity the words he could never express on the face of this earth. Heaven, thank God, will offer the rewards and understanding this lonely soul has never been able to express within the media of this earth's confines.

Gary was a dear personal friend of my dad’s since before I was born. He has been there throughout my entire life. If you glace at my photo album through the years, Gary was always there. One time he signed a birthday card to me as, “your other brother”…and that is a great way to put it. He spent so much time with my two brothers after my dad passed, that he became an extension of my family. We could always count on him. He will be greatly missed. My deepest condolences to his family.
