Obituary of Georgette Reed

Georgette Reed Middletown, New York Georgette Reed of Middletown, a counselor at Restorative Management in Middletown, passed away on June 14, 2014 after a long illness at Franklin Hospital in Valley Stream, N.Y. She was 57. The daughter of the late James and Irene Hunter Reed, she was born on July 10, 1956 in Middletown, New York. Survivors include her sisters Regina Green and Jessie Reed White of Middletown. Her brothers: Maurice Reed of Brooklyn; Albert Reed of Middletown; Richard Reed of Palm Beach, Florida and Taron Puzio of McAllen, Texas. Her special sister-in-law Catherine Reed. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews who all adored their "Aunt G". Although she did not have any children of her own, she was a mother of many especially her great-nephew Jamien Randolph who was her heart and soul. She is also survived by her longtime friend Margaret Johnson. She was predeceased by her parents and her brothers James and Archie Reed and her niece Georgette Tia Reed. Visitation hours will be held on Wednesday June 18, 2014 from 9-11 A.M. with Services at 11 A.M. at the Ralston-Lippincott-Hasbrouck-Ingrassia Funeral Home, Inc. 72 West Main Street Middletown, New York.
