Obituary of Patricia Ann Boykins

Patricia Ann Boykins of Newburgh, a former home health Aide in Orange County and a lifelong resident of the area, died on April 23, 2013 in St. Luke's Cornwall Hospital in Newburgh. She was 75. The daughter of the late Edward and Edith Brown Green Sr., she was born on May 18, 1937 in Goshen, New York. She was a member of St. John's AUMP Church in Goshen, N.Y. Survivors include her husband Cornelius C. Boykins Sr. at home. Her children Cornelius C. Boykins and his wife Palepa of Williamsburg, VA.; Michael E. Boykins; Pamela D. Jackson and her husband Henry; Kelly L. Boykins and her companion Paul; Donna B. Jones and her husband Eugene; Kimberly M. Chambers and her husband Joseph; Tyrone A. Boykins and his wife Linnette and Terri A. Boykins and her companion William all of Newburgh. Her brother Edward R. Green Jr. and his wife Heidi of El Paso, Texas. She is also survived by her grandchildren; her great-grandchildren and her nieces and nephews including Russell; Chrissy; Beverly; Alan; Denise and Laurie and several cousins. She was predeceased by her son Matthew Boykins and her daughter Desiree Boykins and her brothers and sisters. Visitation hours will be held on Saturday April 27, 2013 from 10-11:30 A.M. at St. John's AUMP Church 270 West Main St. Goshen, N.Y. Funeral Services will follow at 11:30 A.M. at the Church. Burial will be in Slate Hill Cemetery Goshen, New York.
