Hello Aunt Carol and Everyone,
I got the word from Diane yesterday when I went to the library to check email. I am sorry to hear of Uncle Bill's passing. Rest assured that Karen and I will be keeping you in our prayers.
I remember Uncle Bill for instilling in me a love of the outdoors. I still remember the trips to the lake and trying to learn how to waterski. I said "Hit it". So he did. I just forgot to let go. Ironically, I finally learned how to stay up a couple of decades later on Fort Peck Lake in Montana. I also remember the times he would put up the tent down the hill and me and boys would be "camping" out. We never failed to earn his admonition to "Go to sleep!" When I think back on things I figure he probably got a chuckle out us boys just being boys.
I will miss him.
