Obituary of Ruth E. Miressi

Ruth E Miressi of Middletown, a retired therapy assistant at the Middletown Psychiatric Center and a lifelong resident of the area, died on April 11, 2012 in Orange Regional Medical Center in Middletown with her family by her side . She was 89. The daughter of the late Arthur and Ida Moore Barker she was born on June 13, 1922 in Hamburg, N.J. She was the widow of John W. Miressi. Survivors include her daughter Kathleen Bordoni and her husband Maurice of Westtown. Her grandchildren David and his wife Frances; Christopher and his wife Patty; Mark and his wife Natalie and Ruth Hotle. Her great-grandchildren Nicholas; Michael; Alex and Kaitlyn Bordoni and Antone Hotle. Her sister-in-law Kathleen Shipka and her nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son Michael and her great-granddaughter Marlena. Visitation hours will be held on Saturday April 14, 2012 from 9-10:30 A.M. with Funeral services at 10:30 A.M. at the Ralston-Lippincott-Hasbrouck-Ingrassia Funeral Home, Inc. 72 West Main St. Middletown, New York.
