Obituary of Marlene Kolk Baker

Marlene Kolk Baker of Bloomingburg, entered into Eternal Rest at home in Bloomingburg, N.Y. after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Her longtime companion, several of her family members and friends were at her bedside at this time.
The daughter of the late Frederick C. and Florence Baker, she was born on May 8, 1959 in Middletown, N.Y. at Horton Memorial Hospital.
She was an employee for Horton Memorial Hospital and ORMC in Middletown for 35 years until her retirement in 2014.
Survivors include her longtime companion Robert Hall and her step-daughter Michelle Hall, her twin sister Darlene Baker and her longtime companion David Barbosa and their son David Barbosa all of Wurtsboro. Her daughter-in-law Vanessa Phillips Kolk and granddaughter Nanna (Elianna) of Goshen, N.Y. Her brother Fred Baker and companion Denise Delgado of Bloomingburg; her sisters Mildred Baker and Marylou Baker of Middletown, N.Y. along with many cousins, nieces, nephews, one aunt Linda Higbie of Middletown and her uncle Thomas Baker of the State of Florida.
She was predeceased by her parents; her younger brother Mark Baker and beloved son David Kolk, Jr. and her late husband David Kolk.
Visitation hours will be held on Friday November 27, 2015 from 4-7 P.M. at the Ralston-Lippincott-Hasbrouck-Ingrassia Funeral Home, Inc. 72 West Main St. Middletown, New York.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday November 28, 2015 at 10 A.M. at the Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Wallkill Cemetery Phillipsburg, New York.
