Merris was like a sister I never had. We did some crazy things while growing up, but we always had fun in our new adventures together. When we became Christians, our friendship became stronger because of our faith. I was amazed at her boldness to make ordinary circumstances into opportunities to talk about Jesus. I will miss her friendship, courage, and love. She will forever be in my heart.
