Jacob Elon Wilson of Middletown, passed away on July 18, 2023 in Garnet Health Medical Center. He was 2 weeks old.
The son of Breanna Lynn Wilson, he was born July 4, 2023 in Middletown, N.Y.
Survivors include his mother Breanna Lynn Wilson and his grandparents Lori Charitable and Norman Elon Wilson. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, cousins and extended Church family.
He was predeceased by his brother Xavier.
Visitation hours will be held on Friday July 28, 2023 from 11:00 A.M.-12 P.M.with a Funeral Service at 12 PM at the Soul Purpose Evangelical Church 11 Certified Drive in Middletown, N.Y.
Burial will follow in Hillside Cemetery Middletown, N.Y.
