I am so saddened to hear the passing of Tony. He was such a wonderful funny man I would see him every day in his White Truck outside Carter waiting to pickup his daughter and another families children. We shared alot of laughs. I will miss seeing him. Your Family is my thought and prayers ❤️Donna Vance
