Obituary of John A. Worden

John A. Worden of Middletown, N.Y., the former head of Painting at the Mid-Hudson Psychiatric Center in New Hampton, N.Y., passed away on June 14, 2023 at his home. He was 85.
The son of the late Andrew and Della Worden, he was born on June 8, 1938 in Middletown, N.Y.
He was a 50 year member and Past Chief of the Howells Fire Department. He was a member of the NRA and the Bear Creek Hunting Club.
He was the widower of Leslie Worden.
Survivors include his children Janice Lamb of the State of Florida and John "Jack" Worden of Earlville, N.Y. His five granddaughters Jessica Storey, Erin Reynolds, Meagan Lamb, Chelsea Losee and Kaitlyn Natoli. He is also survived by his six great-grandchildren.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
