Obituary of William D. Duhigg

William (Billy) D. Duhigg passed away peacefully in his sleep on June 12th, 2022. Billy was a born on Long Island but was a lifelong resident of Greenwood Lake. Billy is survived by his mother, Audrey and predeceased by his Father, William J. Also survived by his daughter Maggie (Smith) Poplar and her husband Benjamin, the mother of Maggie, Annmarie Smith, and the Apples Of Eyes his Grandkids, Reagan and Keira, his sister Mary (Duhigg) Cox and her husband John, Patricia (Duhigg) Albers and her husband Chip, in addition to several nieces, nephews, and a ton of friends. Working with his hands his whole life, Billy was a self-employed carpenter. Billy obtained a reputation of not only being reasonable and reliable, but a master craftsman accomplishing superb work. There will be a Mass of Christian Burial for Billy at the Holy Rosary Church on Thursday, June 16th, 2022 at 11 A.M. All are welcome. In lieu of flowers, a donation in Billy's name may be sent to the Greenwood Lake Food Pantry.
