My dear cousins Veronica, Kathleen and Timothy. First and foremost, please accept my apology for not being better as a family member to all of you. I would like to share some very fond memories during my young tender years, that I have, of both mom and dad. Also being a part of your births and your youth. When I was a very young girl and your dad got out of the Marines I had a flutophone and your dad made me learn the Halls of Montezuma on it and whenever he would come around our house, which was often back then, I would have to play my flutophone for him. Not just that, but had to sing it also. I LOVED doing it for him. I will guarantee you that I was not a day over eight or nine years old back then.
In 1959, my dad had his first heart attack. In 1962, I was at the tender age of 12 my dad had his third heart attack in Nyack Hospital.I was with him and visually saw him take his last breath. It was devastating to me. I loved him so. Your mom and dad both took me under their wing to get me through the horror. They were a blessing to me. I even called them mom and dad, when we would go out . It was a wonderful time for us through the sadness. They are and will remain wonderful to me. I am sorry due to my medical condition now, will not be able to attend their burial. I will be with everyone in spirit.
