I am the reason my mom missed Angie & John's wedding 9/24/66, I was born 2 days before on 9/22/66! Angie, John & the wedding party went to Underwood Memorial Hospital & had the nurses bring my mom to the window. In those days, men still wore top hats & tails & ladies wore mini veils or head coverings. What a glorious sight they were, my mom never forgot. Neither did John! He always told me when he saw me, "You're the reason I can never forget my wedding anniversary!" She was my roommate for the 2007 Sicily trip & a huge comfort after my mom passed away in 2008. Whenever I called her on the phone & once she said hello, I'd say "ANGELINA, ANGELINA, ANGELINA!" like the Louis Prima song "Angelina." I can go on forever about how many times we laughed, cried, laughed till we cried & so on. She will always be a dear part of our lives.

Angie was a delightful, loving woman with a great heart. I treasure the time sharing her joy of praising God as we raised our voices in choir. She was an integral choir member to our success at St. Joseph Church. I bet she is singing in the rafters of Heaven as she smiles down on her beloved family and dear friends. Rest In Peace dear Angie you will always be in our reverie and prayers!
