Obituary of Marie Mae Monti

Marie Mae Monti Middletown, New York Marie Mae Monti of Middletown, N.Y. passed away peacefully at home on Sunday June 13, 2021 after a short illness. She was 77. Born on January 24, 1944 in Middletown, N.Y. She was the daughter of the late Irvin Ayers and her surviving mother, Mae Ayers. Marie married her beloved husband John on November 1, 1975 and together they spent decades of their life in the full time ministry work, helping others learn the Bible. She was a member of the Middletown East Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses. Marie enjoyed sewing, crocheting and macrame but will be remembered most for her warm and friendly personality, contagious smile and her ability to stretch a dollar. She is survived by her husband John, her mother Mae Ayers, her brothers, Mervin Ayers (Linda), Raymond Ayers (Susan), John Ayers (Janet), a niece Audra Smith (Jarrett), a nephew Raymond Ayers and several cousins. Visitation hours will be held from 10-11 A.M. on Wednesday June 16, 2021 at the Ralston-Lippincott-Hasbrouck-Ingrassia Funeral Home, Inc. 72 West Main St. Middletown, N.Y. Following the visitation all are welcome to attend a graveside service at Hillside Cemetery, Mulberry St. Middletown, N.Y.
