Obituary of Rohan A. Rattray

Rohan Anthony Rattray Obituary Sunrise March 17, 1982 - Sunset April 19, 2021 Rohan was born to Victoria Reid and David Rattray in Mount Vernon N.Y. on March 17, 1982. He was the first of two children born to Victoria and David. Rohan attended Middletown High School. After leaving school Rohan relocated to Indianapolis to be closer to his mother as he was a mama's boy who affectionately cared for his mother. Rohan Anthony Rattray affectionately known to other as "Roo" was only 39 years old when he was unexpectedly called home to be with the Lord. Rohan peacefully passed from medical complications due to his diabetes in his home in Indianapolis Indiana on April 19, 2021. Rohan worked at a nursing home called Comfort Care in Indianapolis Indiana. He served there as an orderly at the peak of the pandemic. He worked diligently to help restore elderly resident's health, knowing he was risking his own health but making the decision to stay humble in order to bring other people back to life. Rohan was a very friendly, funny, charming young man that would use his personality to woo anyone he came in contact with. Rohan leaves behind a plethora of family and friends to mourn his passing. This includes his mother, Victoria Reid, father David Rattray; His stepmother Annette Rattray, his sister Suzanne Rattray, brother Christopher Rattray including his nephews Nicholas, Justin, and Fabian; A niece Elizabeth and a host of loving family and friends. Heaven gained a valuable man when you arrived and you will be missed tremendously by all you have left behind. Rohan sleep on. Visitation hours will be held on Friday April 30, 2021 from 10 A.M.- 12 Noon with a Funeral Service at 12 Noon at the Ralston-Lippincott-Hasbrouck-Ingrassia Funeral Home, Inc. 72 West Main St. Middletown, New York.
