Obituary of Kathryn "Kat" Green

Kathryn "Kat" Green of Middletown a former LPN at Horton Hospital for over 33 years and Southwinds Retirement Home in Middletown, passed away on October 28, 2020 at her home in Middletown. She was 95. The daughter of the late William and Emma Piggery Blair, she was born on October 1, 1925 in McAfee, New Jersey. She was a member of Grace Episcopal Church. Survivors include her husband William A. Smith Sr. at home; her children Patricia Blair, Pamela King, Cleoretta Green, Susan Green and Nettie Green all of Middletown, N.Y. She is also survived by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and her nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her daughter Paulette Weaver and her brothers and sisters Eleanor Blair, Robert Blair, Roland Blair, Burton Blair, William Blair Jr., Gerred Blair, Donald Blair, Marie Scott, Elvena Higgins, Frances Blair, Jean Blair and Lawrence Blair. Visitation hours will be held on Friday November 6, 2020 from 12 Noon -2 P.M. with a Funeral Service at 2 P.M. at the Ralston-Lippincott-Hasbrouck-Ingrassia Funeral Home, Inc. 72 West Main St. Middletown, N.Y. Please be advised that FACIAL COVERINGS and SOCIAL DISTANCING are required at all times and occupancy limitations set by the NYSDOH may cause delayed entry into the building.
