Sherry Keiber posted a condolence

The loss of Anthony Skalicky is felt not just by his family but by everyone whose lives he touched over the years. It is especially felt by my middle and youngest sons for whom “Big Tony”, to distinguish him from his son Tony, was an integral part of their teenage lives and beyond. Tony provided a safe haven for not only his teenage sons and daughters but for all their friends as well. He was a role model for so many young boys and an adult with whom they felt safe enough to open up about their difficulties in life.
He was a quietly supportive figure for my youngest son following the end of my marriage and the go to person for so many questions from personal to work related technical issues. His presence and influence transcended into my son’s adult years as well and he continued to value Tony as a staple in his life. Tony always made himself available and was responsive to all his children’s friends.
Tony was a constant in our lives, always present whether it was at a Beatings show, at Remco or home in the garage. He was an outstanding father and grandfather and such an important part of the many lives he touched throughout the years. I am grateful his family shared him with my family
With Deepest Sympathy
